went back to work at around 2.20 am , bought for myself a cup of instant noodle (nissin seafood flavour) , go inside pantry to add water, close the cup for 3 minutes, then wanted to eat it.
guess what? when i try to open up , there was no steam, then alamak ! my sudden realisation that i poured in ice cold water!
quickly poured it out and refill with hot water, but then the noodles tasted like bland (like cheap instant noodles from indonesia /singapore/thailand) , cos the previous removal of the cold water leech out the flavourings liao.
